The Kapok Group helped launch Demeter Power Group -- the first provider of scalable, third-party ownership financing for commercial distributed clean technologies. 

EcoCity Partners

The Kapok Group works with EcoCity Partners, L3C to help municipalities design, establish and implement community sustainability programs that utilize Property Assessment Clean Energy (“PACE”) financing and other innovative tools to create “green collar” jobs, reduce community-wide greenhouse gas emissions and conserve precious water resources.

Hydros Coastal Solutions

The Kapok Group helps Hydros Coastal Solutions, Inc. work with public and private beach owners to restore and nourish beaches while cutting costs and saving taxpayer dollars by utilizing Hydros Coastal's innovative, environmentally-friendly ShoreLock™ technology.

Localecopia

The Kapok Group is helping Localecopia, Inc. to grow the marketplace for sustainable, locally produced goods through the development of a web-based tool that connects farmers to end-users and that promotes community-supported agriculture.

The Kapok Group is working with CarbonSolutions to provide  The Gold Standard Foundation, the world's preeminent carbon offset brand, with carbon measurement and advisory services

in connection with its 2010 organizational footprint.
